This office is located in Hurricane WV and provides service to the counties of Cabell, Wayne, Putnam and Kanawha. Duties:- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature- Dialyze patients with kidney disease- Lift and transfer patients who require assistance with mobility- Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures- Provide care for patients with special needs, including behavioral health and neonatal ventilator support- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans- Maintain accurate medical records and follow documentation standards- Monitor medical equipment, including DME (durable medical equipment) and Botox injectionsRequirements:- Current LPN license in good standing with the state board of nursing- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively- Knowledge of nursing standards of practice and regulations- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessaryBenefits:- Competitive salary based on experience- Health insurance coverage options available- Paid time off for vacation, sick leave, and holidays- Retirement plan options availableIf you are a compassionate LPN who is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care, we encourage you to apply for this position.
