Part-Time Personal Assistant (Care & Errands)

About the Role
I am seeking a dependable, compassionate Part-Time Personal Assistant to support an older female adult who lives alone with day-to-day organization, errands, and light assistance. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, HIGHLY organized, and enjoys helping others maintain independence and structure.
This is not a medical or hands-on caregiving position. It’s more “life admin extra set of capable hands.”
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with errands (groceries, pharmacy pickups, appointments)
- Provide transportation as needed (must have reliable vehicle)
- Help with scheduling, reminders, and light organization
- Accompany to appointments when requested
- Light household tasks (tidying, organizing, no heavy cleaning)
- Technology help (phone, TV, basic troubleshooting)
- Offer calm, respectful companionship and support
Ideal Candidate
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Calm, patient demeanor (low drama, high competence)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with an older adult
- Able to problem-solve and take initiative
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Background check required
Requirements:
- Experience as a personal assistant, caregiver, or companion
- Familiarity with iPhones, smart TVs and apps
- Experience supporting seniors or individuals with health-related needs
