Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Professionals to join our team in the Boulder County area. The ideal candidates will have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients and individuals with disabilities. As a Care Professional, you will deliver essential personal care, support with daily activities, and companionship, ensuring clients maintain independence and comfort in their own homes.

Personal Care and Homemaker Services for a 65-year-old male client who has diabetes and is a fall risk. The client lives in a house, prefers the same caregiver for all services. Providers do not need to provide transportation or administer medication but must ensure safety due to the client's health needs.

Client Care varies by Client, but will include:

• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Medication Reminders
• Assistance with errands and shopping
• Bathing & showering
• Dressing and grooming (shaving with an electric razor, skin care, oral care)
• Assistance with ambulation and transfers
• Assistance with toileting
• Encourage exercise, reminders for prescribed exercises
• Protective oversight for safety, stand-by assistance
• Dementia & Alzheimer's care
• Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with team members
• Follow all agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
