Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Healthcare Marketing Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our home healthcare services, increase brand awareness, and drive patient acquisition in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the home healthcare industry.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to create targeted marketing campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and online advertising.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, and community organizations.
• Organize and participate in community outreach events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or home healthcare settings.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance related to marketing.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Bi-Lingual Russian/English or Ukrainian/English is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of the Charlotte, NC healthcare market is a plus.
