About Us
Personal Habilitation Services (PHS) is a provider of home and community-based services supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are looking for a strong leader to help guide and grow our operations in the Clearfield and Jefferson County areas.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to oversee daily operations, staff management, and service delivery within our IDD programs.
This is a key leadership role responsible for maintaining quality services, supporting staff, and ensuring compliance while helping to drive growth and stability across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of IDD services in assigned region
- Supervise, support, and develop direct support staff
- Ensure compliance with ODP/Chapter 6100 regulations
- Coordinate with Supports Coordinators, families, and external partners
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and coverage needs
- Monitor service quality and address issues proactively
- Support onboarding and training of new employees
- Participate in incident management and follow-up
- Help identify opportunities for growth and expansion
Qualifications
- Experience working within ODP/IDD services required
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of Chapter 6100 regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
