About the Role:
We are seeking dependable, patient, and emotionally mature individuals to provide one-on-one community-based support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through ODP waiver services.

- Providing 1:1 support in the community and home settings.
- Assisting with daily routines, appointments, and community outings.
- Supporting independence, communication, and life skills.
- Following individualized support plans and agency policies.
- Maintaining clear documentation and communication with supervisors.
This Job Is a Good Fit If You:
- Enjoy working one-on-one rather than in large teams.
- Are comfortable with routine, structure, and predictability.
- Can remain calm and regulated during challenging moments.

- Opportunity for long-term stability
We hire carefully because the people we support - and our staff - deserve consistency.
