- SUMMARY OF POSITION:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance functions while working closely with senior management. - ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Assists customers in resolving issues.
2. Processing applications, payments, and credit reports, while keeping full understanding of customer privacy policies and laws.
3. Provides customer retention by providing high level customer service and offering alternatives to payout requests.
4. Makes and receives numerous calls per day.
5. Establishes understanding of customer needs, issues, and requests while serving as the customers’ advocate by using strong problem-solving skills.
6. Use prior relationships with customers and excellent customer service skills to establish new accounts.
7. Strives to meet or exceed service and operational loan goals set for the company.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Normal setting for this job is: office setting.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to handle a normal volume of calls for a typical finance company in a professional and efficient manner
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience preferred, not required
- Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
- Computer proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Ability to multi task.
- Ability to react well under pressure and treat others with respect
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team.
- Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities and help build a positive team environment.
- Ability to adapt and deal with frequent changes in the work environment, manage difficult or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to service.
