Responsibilities
- Assist my child with daily activities such as , dressing, and mobility to promote independence and comfort
- Provide engaging companionship and emotional support to individuals including infant. 1 year old
- Support early childhood development by implementing age-appropriate activities, educational play, and behavior management strategies
- Ensure safety by applying first aid when necessary and following proper health protocols
- Create a positive environment that encourages learning, growth, and emotional well-being through nurturing interactions
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices
- Experience caring for infants and toddlers with an understanding of their unique needs
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for children of various ages
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification upon hiring is advantageous
