Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)/ Speech Therapist (ST) , Early Intervention
In person
Full Time or Part Time
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), Speech Therapist (ST) to provide home-based services for children from birth through -3 years old.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and educators, to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)/ Speech Therapist (ST) from an accredited program
- Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Previous experience working as a speech-language pathologist (slp) preferred
- Knowledge of diagnostic procedures and treatment techniques for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
- Familiarity with critical care and acute care settings, including ICU, if needed
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
