Personal Care Services Midsouth is currently seeking a Team Leader in the Columbus, MS area. You will supervise, mentor, and schedules caregivers to ensure high-quality, in-home patient care. You will bridge the gap between management and field staff, conducting client introductions, providing on-the-spot training, ensuring compliance with care plans, and covering shifts as needed to maintain continuity of care. As our business grows in that demographic location, this will transition into a Supervisor position.
LEADER RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Plan, coordinate and evaluate home care services
Coordinate hiring activities with HR
Conduct new employee orientations and training
Oversee and evaluate staff activities
Conduct ongoing caregiver training
Prepare weekly contact reports
You will also be required to assist with ser
