What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Care Attendant Needed position at Personal Care Attendants?
Personal care attendant needed for a disabled adult male. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with day-to-day household activities
- Assisting with personal care such as bathing and dressing
- Assisting with meal preparations and feeding
Qualifications:
- Must be 25 or older
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid VA Driver's License
- Must pass a drug test
- Must have 5 years of experience working with ID population
- Must be willing to work days/evenings/weekends/holidays
- Must have CPR and first aid certification
- Must complete and pass DMV and background checks
- Must be patient and willing to provide support in a clear and calm manner
