Immediate Schedule Need
Monday: 7:15 PM - 9:45 PM
Thursday: 7:30 PM - 9:45 PM
Friday: 7:00 PM - 9:45 PM

What You'll Do
As a Personal Care Attendant, you'll help a client build confidence, independence, and daily living skills through personalized one-on-one support. Every shift is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with daily living and independent living skills
- Meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation
- Supporting household organization, cleaning, and laundry
- Providing transportation to work, appointments, and community activities
- Breaking tasks into manageable steps and encouraging success
- Using reminders, cueing, modeling, and hands-on assistance when needed
- Reinforcing positive coping skills and problem-solving strategies
- Communicating important health and safety information with families
- Completing electronic service documentation
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle and transportation
- Current automobile insurance
- Ability to pass background and driving record checks
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Experience supporting individuals with autism, Down syndrome, or other developmental disabilities
- Direct Support Professional (DSP), PCA, caregiving, healthcare, or human services experience
- Experience teaching or supporting life skills
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Education or training related to special needs support

About PCA, LLC
Personal Care Attendants Agency (PCA, llc) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities live and work as independently and safely as possible. We provide individualized support services to adults with autism, Down syndrome, and other disabilities through short, personalized appointments.
Please Note: This is not a group home, residential care, or Independent Supported Living (ISL) position. Shifts are typically 1 to 4 hours in duration and focus on individualized, community-based support.
