Director of Nursing

Full Time Director of Nursing needed for Personal Care/Memory Care facility in Hatboro, PA

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and optimize patient care services
- Monitor and evaluate nursing performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Manage budgetary and resource allocation for the nursing department

Experience:
- LPN License required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing leadership or management roles
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of nursing professionals
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
