Part-Time Personal Manager
I am looking for a reliable, organized, and supportive personal manager to help me manage different areas of my life, stay accountable, and improve my social-media presence.
I am someone who is motivated and eager to grow, but I work best when I have structure, guidance, encouragement, and someone who can help keep me focused on my goals. I want to work with a person who has experience, good judgment, and is willing to share their knowledge with me so I can learn how to become more organized, disciplined, productive, and successful.
Responsibilities
- Help me organize my personal and professional responsibilities
- Create schedules, reminders, checklists, and weekly goals
- Follow up with me and hold me accountable for completing important tasks
- Help me prioritize when I feel overwhelmed or unsure where to begin
- Assist with appointments, emails, research, planning, and other general tasks
- Help organize and manage my social-media accounts
- Assist with content ideas, posting schedules, captions, engagement, and growth strategies
- Track progress and help me identify areas where I can improve
- Provide honest, respectful guidance based on your experience
- Have a weekly check-in with me to review progress and plan the next steps
Ideal Candidate

- Organized, dependable, patient, and consistent
- Comfortable providing direction and accountability
- Experienced with personal organization, management, or administrative work
- Knowledgeable about social media and content growth
- A good communicator who can be supportive while also being firm when necessary

- Willing to teach and explain strategies instead of only completing tasks
Compensation
Starting compensation is $100 per week, paid weekly or biweekly.
The compensation will increase as I become more financially stable and as my social-media presence and income grow with your support. I want this to become a long-term opportunity where the person helping me can grow alongside me and be rewarded for contributing to my progress.
Schedule
This is a flexible, part-time position. We can agree on a schedule, communication method, weekly expectations, and the number of hours based on availability.
