Mid to Senior level Sales Representative
We are looking for a people-oriented sales representative who has proven experience in the hearing aid industry. We have multiple product lines that are sold through both B2C and B2B channels. This position will be primarily responsible for entering orders into our system, resolving order discrepancies, finalizing order fulfilment, and handling a large number of dealer and consumer inquiries via phone and email on a daily basis. This position requires you to be genuinely excited to help customers. Patience, ambition, empathy, and clear communication are necessary for success in this position. We expect to deliver excellent service, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails
- Make outbound calls to new and familiar customers
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up to date information on product lines
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Go the extra mile to engage customers - have fun and be professional
Requirements
- Experience in the hearing aid industry is a MUST HAVE
- Business to business (B2B) sales experience
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Associate's degree
- Customer oriented; Adaptable to different personality types
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Compensation
$25-28 per hour, plus commission.
