Job description:
Persona Medical is celebrating 50 years in the hearing industry. We are a family owned company located in Casselberry, Florida. New and exciting product lines are expanding our target markets, and we are looking for a customer-service oriented individual to assist in the activities of our customer service and shipping department. This is a dual position with endless learning opportunities. If you genuinely enjoy helping customers and are willing to go the extra mile to do so, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Document for incoming orders.
- Data entry.
- Fulfillment verification.
- Invoice, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments.
- Manage incoming calls and emails.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep record of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Qualifications:
- Experience in order/data entry (required)
- Proven customer support or customer service experience (required)
- Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills (required)
- Experience with small parcel orders (strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in MS officed (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (preferred)
Physical requirements include the ability to lift 40 lb boxes several times per day.
Pay: $16-18 per hour
