Person County Schools seeks a Principal for Person High School. Position is available July 1, 2026. Position is full-time and includes employment benefits; 12-month employment term plus 25.0% local supplement. Applicants for the position must hold or be eligible to hold NC licensure in area 0012 (School Administrator/Principal) and must demonstrate:
- Successful teaching, administrative, and leadership experience
- Dedication to supporting and improving positive student achievement
- Superior instructional leadership qualities
- Ability to lead the development of Professional Learning Communities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong organizational, managerial, and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge of school business practices and operations
