Schedule
Friday – Sunday
- Work extended shifts over the weekend
- Receive 40 hours while enjoying Monday through Thursday off
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Encourage community participation and recreational activities.
- Document services and maintain accurate records.
- Promote independence while ensuring the health and safety of individuals served.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
- Compassionate, dependable, and flexible.
- Previous caregiving or DSP experience is a plus but not required—we provide training!
