What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Controller position at Person Directed Supports, Inc.?
Person Directed Supports is looking for a Payroll Controller! We are a Human Services Agency who supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community living settings. If you are looking to make a difference in people's lives, then this is the position for you!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creates/promotes a culture centered on building self-directed lives with the people we support.
- Promotes a positive working relationship with all employees.
- Completes weekly reviews of time cards
o Analysis of payroll and to ensure proper resources are being utilized
o Reviews scheduling in comparison to hours utilized
o Has great attention to detail
- Completes a detailed list of payroll discrepancies and follows up on areas of concern.
- Knowledge of ADP, Excel, Quickbooks
- Attend periodic fiscal and program department meetings.
- Assist with any PDS audit as needed
- Maintain other various schedules and complete special projects upon request of Senior Accountant or other executive managers
- Assist other departments as directed by Acting CFO/CEO.
- Job duties are not limited to the above list. Other duties performed as required by Person Directed Support, Inc.
