Person Directed Supports Inc. is looking for a Human Resources Director to work in a fast paced ever changing environment. The position requires experience in Human Resources as well as a Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university.
The Human Resources Director will assist with and or manage:
- Employee outreach
- Agency policies and procedures
- Management of unemployment claims
- Benefits management
- Personnel file management
- Management of employee review committee
- Communication with agency counsel as needed
- Reviews of employee documentation
The HR Director must have experience leading, mentoring, and coaching staff as well as the ability to counsel and develop a workforce.
