Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, process workflows, system specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with engineers, developers, and business analysts to translate technical concepts into clear and concise documentation.
- Assist in documenting business process models, system architectures, and data flow diagrams.
- Ensure documentation complies with industry standards such as ISO 9000, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and CMMI.
- Review and edit existing documents for accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
- Work with stakeholders to identify documentation gaps and implement improvements.
- Maintain version control and organization of technical documentation repositories.
Preferred Educational Background:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in business process engineering, technical writing, or documentation of technical manuals.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9000, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and CMMI is a plus.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio), Google Docs, or other documentation tools.
- Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Lucidchart, Visio) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) or document version control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
