What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chef position at Pershore Patty?

Hours: We need someone for 2 or 3 days in the week (we can flex a little on these) that will allow us to drop one of our chefs to 4 days a week and also give them enough exposure to service that they can cover holidays etc and rotate around from prepping to service. They will, effectively, need to replicate the role of one of our chefs but…..just on a limited number of days in the week. Tricky eh?

Job description: We have had the same trio of dedicated chefs for quite some time now. They are dramatically good, hard working and pretty darn jovial most of the time. As we get busier they need some additional support.
I’m not sure what background this person will come from. It’s an “odd” role that will undoubtedly suit someone but…..who?
You will be a chef. You will have experience of cooking with fresh ingredients. You will be undaunted by working “flat out” for the majority of the day.
Maybe you have your own business (mobile eatery for example) that means you’re busy at the weekends and available in the week. Maybe you have another part-time position that needs supplementing. Maybe you don’t need the money but want to keep your hand in…… (long shot?).
