What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming service requests. You’ll take service tickets, talk directly with clients, and use critical thinking to decide:
- What’s urgent vs. what can wait
- Who the right technician is for the job
- Whether the issue can be solved at a basic (Level 1) troubleshooting level
You’ll work through multiple tickets at once, prioritize effectively, and keep customers informed. No two days look the same—and your decisions genuinely matter to the team and the customer experience.
Where you’ll be doing it
You’ll be based in Omaha, NE, working alongside three other Service Coordinators, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. This is a newly created role due to continued growth at Prime, meaning your impact will be felt right away.
What you’ll need
- Strong organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Clear, confident communication with clients and internal teams
- Basic technical troubleshooting ability (Level 1)
- You’re willing to research, Google, or watch a quick video before escalating
Experience matters less than mindset and curiosity.
