Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions to assess and treat clients with various mental health conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and organizational standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, case managers, and support systems to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources
• Stay current with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in mental health therapy
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical psychology, Community Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Valid licensure or certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent
• Proven experience providing mental health therapy in a clinical setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse client populations
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
