Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing areas at all times.
- Assist with food preparation as needed to support kitchen staff.
- Ensure proper food handling and storage practices are followed.
- Help with bussing tables and cleaning dining areas when necessary.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
