About the Position

As a Front Desk Client Care Specialist, you are the first and last impression of Perrysburg Pet Lodge & Spa. You will coordinate client communication, pet check-ins and check-outs, scheduling, and communication between departments while ensuring every client feels confident leaving their pet in our care.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every client and pet with warmth and professionalism.
• Check pets in and out for daycare, boarding, grooming, and spa services.
• Schedule appointments and answer incoming phone calls.
• Process payments and maintain accurate client accounts.
• Escort daycare dogs safely to their assigned daycare group.
• Coordinate communication between Front Desk, Daycare, Boarding, Grooming, and Management.
• Retrieve pets for client pick-up and verify they are released to the correct owner.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Check and return voicemails as directed.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Support the team by staying proactive and helping wherever needed.

We're Looking for Someone Who Is

• Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys working with people.
• Must be 18
• Previous Professional experience working in the pet care industry.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Calm under pressure and able to multitask.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• A strong communicator.
• Positive, coachable, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working around dogs of all breeds and sizes.
• Passionate about exceptional customer service.Qualifications
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Reception or administrative experience is a plus.
• Previous pet care experience is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
