Automotive Service Technician

Hillsdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service department is constantly growing and needs a level A automotive technician to add to our team! This position is full-time and pays $40 per flat rate hour with a 40 hour per week guarantee.

We are looking for a full time, service technician. Experienced, flat rate technician and entry level positions are available. Job responsibilities include (but not limited to) :

• Perform maintenance and repair on customer vehicles.
• Recommend needed services
• Diagnose problems with vehicles and perform repairs
• Explain automotive repairs and issues.
• Provide excellent customer service / keep customer's car neat and clean
• Road test vehicles
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Willingness to get additional certifications if needed
• Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions
• ASE certification recommended
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
