Material Handling & Production Machine Operator

• Do you enjoy hands-on work with forklifts and overhead cranes?
• Can you switch gears across morning, afternoon, and midnight shifts?
• Are you organized, safety-minded, and detail-focused with documentation and basic math?

• Contribute to daily production goals with a strong focus on safety and quality.
• Load/unload equipment using forklifts, overhead cranes, and by hand.
• Stage and move materials to keep processing on schedule.
• Complete required preventive maintenance on machines.
• Clean and organize your workstation throughout the day and at shift end.

• Preferred: 1–3 months of relevant experience/training or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule: morning, afternoon, and midnight.
• Physical readiness to bend, stoop, and stand 8–12 hours per day.
• Capability to regularly lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort reading safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Math fluency with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; can calculate rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Accurate computer data entry.

• Overhead crane experience (preferred).
• Forklift experience (preferred).
• Micrometer experience (preferred).

• Manufacturing setting; may include exposure to extreme heat.
