We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Shipping & Receiving Clerk opportunity at NDX Heumann in located in Topeka, KS.
The regular scheduled hours for this position are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position

Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position
- Receives case, opens case and disinfects case for production.
- Perform the scheduling function for each case received.
- Through LIS, enter demographics and customer information.
- Print preference notes matching to case.
- Move case into production area.
- Pack and ship completed case for delivery to the customer through local source or national carrier.
- Invoice cases and assist with billing questions or issues.
- Scan paperwork for each case for electronic storage.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Respond to all inquiries from customer’s office.
- Refer all technical inquires to appropriate team member.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Data entry and computer skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service.
- Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Demonstrated relevant employment experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Billing experience preferred.
- Disinfectant process chemicals.
- Personal protective equipment as required.
- Office equipment.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach.
- Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Repeated bending and kneeling.
- May be required to push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 20 pounds.
