We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Customer Service Representative opportunity at NDX Rogers Dental Lab in Athens, TN.
The regular hours for this position are from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position
- Answering Customer Inquiries: responding to customer questions via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
- Resolving Issues and Complaints: addressing and resolving customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Providing Product Information: offering accurate and helpful details about products and services.
- Processing Payments: processing payments.
- Maintaining Accurate Records: keeping track of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with Other Departments: working with departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: striving to provide a positive and helpful experience to all customers.
- Escalating Issues: knowing when and how to escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel.
- Refers all technical inquires to appropriate team member
- Route delivery when needed
- All other duties as assigned.

- Valid Driver’s License
- Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Customer Service experience required
- Disinfectant process chemicals
