We offer for starters a part time position that can grow into a full time. 20 to 25 hours per week. some weekend work may be required during school events, such as booked birthdays,
**Duties
Provide clerical support including typing correspondence, filing DohMH permits on time, making sure permits are current, managing emails, and supporting personal assistant functions as needed.
Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, answering phone , and providing exceptional customer service.
Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting , coordinating school events etc.
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all records.
Office management activities by coordinating supplies, maintaining inventory, tuitions payments, class payments, parent communications, and overseeing general administrative tasks.
Assist with bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices.
Requirements
Previous experience in office administration preffered, but we will train.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. (If you are familiar with Sawyer software that is a plus)
Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly. (We use Sawyer)
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Some bookkeeping experience is preferred.
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
