Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Wilmington, NC. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing personalized 5 star customer experience by assisting clients with selecting jewelry, answering product-related inquiries, and managing transactions. The role also involves maintaining and organizing product displays, building customer relationships, and supporting inventory management to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain product knowledge and assist customers in selecting fine jewelry pieces
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for ensuring excellent customer engagement
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing displays and inventory
- Capability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment
- Familiarity with jewelry or luxury goods is a plus
- GIA, AJP preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in sales or retail is a plus
