Responsibilities

- Oversee education administration by ensuring compliance with licensing regulations, accreditation standards, and health and safety policies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes leadership among staff and active participation from families.
- Coordinate curriculum planning to ensure age-appropriate, engaging learning experiences that align with educational best practices.
- Maintain open communication channels with parents and guardians to support student success and community involvement.

Experience
- Proven experience in education administration or management within early childhood or preschool settings.
