Farmers Insurance Sales Agent

We are a leading Farmers Insurance agency in Bend, Oregon, and we're looking for a motivated, results-oriented Insurance Sales Agent to join our high-performing team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in driving agency growth by helping individuals, families, and businesses find insurance solutions that provide security and peace of mind. You'll develop new business opportunities, consult with prospective clients, and build lasting relationships through exceptional service and trusted advice.

First year income expectation: $48,000 - $72,000 including commission

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and inbound outbound sales activities and build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

• Recommend customized insurance solutions that align with client objectives and educate clients on coverage options, policy features, benefits, and costs.

• Review existing client accounts to identify coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities and assist clients with policy updates, renewals, and claims-related questions.

• Submit and manage insurance applications and collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding through policy servicing.

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
