The To-Go Specialist position is about:
- Answers phone calls and assist guests with placing their To Go order.
- Maintain a cheerful, courteous disposition and a neat clean and professional image.
- Possess proficient knowledge of the menu to explain our offerings to the Guests and answer any questions.
- Monitors and enters all orders from 3rd party To Go platforms into the POS and properly delivers orders to the dedicated drivers
- Delivers food and beverages to Guests in a timely manner, which includes retrieving food orders from the kitchen and packaging them in the appropriate containers.
- Sets up and maintains the dedicated workstation throughout the shift
- Prepares supplies for the shift, including, but not limited to to go condiments and sauces
- Assists other FOH staff members with service points during downtime
Adheres to all Perry’s Steakhouse and Grille safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Salary : $15 - $17
