Perry Reid Properties is seeking an energetic Maintenance Technician for our Salina, KS location. Our company truly believes that teamwork is everything and we are looking to grow our current maintenance team to better serve our residents.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, with strong multi-tasking skills and a willingness to work hard. Previous experience in plumbing, electrical and/or general maintenance. Candidate must have a valid driver's license and their own hand tools. Bilingual is a plus!
This position requires one weekend a month on call.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitor the performance and quality of work of other technicians
- Daily grounds clean up
- Routine property maintenance
- Plumbing/Electrical
- Unit turnovers
