Perry Reid Properties is seeking a motivated and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Salina, Kansas. This position is Monday-Friday 8-5 and on-call every 4th weekend.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform routine apartment and property maintenance
- Complete apartment turns to prepare units for new residents
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including daily grounds inspections and cleanup
- Assist with preventative maintenance projects
- Help monitor the quality and completion of work performed by fellow maintenance team members
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
What We're Looking For
- HVAC is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in apartment maintenance, general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or a related trade preferred
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license
- Personal hand tools required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
