Position and Shift Offerings:

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide resident-centered care focusing on the cleanliness of resident rooms, offices, stairways, hallways, bathrooms, common areas, and other areas
- Maintain the fresh and tidy appearance of floors, furniture, fixtures, appliances, tables, carts, rooms, and other items through cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash, and other methods
- Ensure clothing and linens are properly sorted, prepared, washed, transferred, dried, folded, stacked, and distributed
- Become a valuable team-member working together to create positivity
- Demonstrate interpersonal effectiveness by building meaningful relationships
- Use critical thinking skills to constantly improve and innovate
- Providing personal care assistance to our home care clients (including but not limited to bathing, assisting with toileting, dressing, and more).
- Providing light housekeeping for our home care clients.
- Assisting with meal preparation, laundry, and organization of our home care clients.
- Companionship support for our tenants and home care clients.
- Documentation and reporting any necessary changes or concerns to the Client Experience & Care Solutions Director.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
- Desire to work with and serve residents in a way that is compassionate, personalized, and respectful
