- Provide supplemental reading instruction to identified students individually and in small groups.
- Deliver scientifically based, evidence-based reading interventions aligned to Ohio's Learning Standards.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, intervention specialists, reading specialists, and administrators to support student achievement.
- Utilize assessment data, including district benchmark assessments and progress monitoring tools, to plan and adjust instruction.
- Maintain accurate records of student services, progress monitoring, and intervention data.
- Assist with the implementation of district and building literacy initiatives.
- Participate in professional learning related to literacy instruction and Title I requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of student records and comply with all district, state, and federal regulations.

Job Summary:
Perry Local Schools is seeking a dedicated, collaborative, and student-centered educator to serve as a Title I Elementary Reading Tutor. The successful candidate will provide supplemental, evidence-based reading instruction to eligible students.This position is designed to support students who are identified as most at risk of failing to meet Ohio's academic achievement standards.
