We are seeking a Telemarketer to join our team!
Telemarketer will learn the basics of our industry while providing support to our sales, marketing, and customer service departments. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, pleasant phone demeanor, the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and willingness to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Making courtesy/follow-up calls to our clients
- Composing and sending follow-up emails
- Logging and tracking client responses
- Communicating client needs/feedback to appropriate departments
- Use of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Our ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and sales
Schedule is Monday-Friday:
- 8:00AM - 4:30PM
- 8:30AM - 5:00PM
- 9:00AM - 5:30PM
