The Qualifications Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the Auditor Qualifications Coordinator. This unpaid internship offers valuable hands-on experience for college students. This role ensures that auditor records, evaluations, and communications are accurately maintained and up to date. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while providing timely support to auditors and internal staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Send out training modules to auditors and follow up as needed to ensure timely responses and completion of requirements
- Maintain auditor records in SharePoint
- Maintain the auditor witness log
- Handle auditor accounting-related tasks, including processing, tracking, and coordinating payment or financial documentation as required (Citrix)
- Serve as the first point of contact for auditor’s needs, providing clear and timely assistance
- Maintain auditor profiles in PJView
- Support the Scheduling Department with auditor bios and other requests
- Order auditor business cards
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards
- Assistant the EHS Program Manager with various tasks in support of environmental, occupational health and safety and e-waste recycling programs
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or database management systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a compliance, auditing, or qualifications-related environment
- Familiarity with auditor certification processes or evaluation systems
