Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site position located in Perry, GA, for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will carry out daily responsibilities including troubleshooting issues, implementing preventive maintenance, and addressing various maintenance and repair needs to ensure the efficient operation of facilities. The role includes diagnosing and resolving minor maintenance issues across housing units and communal areas, as well as conducting regular inspections to maintain compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance to ensure the operational efficiency of the facilities.
- Strong Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively.
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices to prevent potential issues and ensure system functionality.
- Experience with Maintenance & Repair in both routine and urgent scenarios.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and compliance standards.
- Relevant certifications or training in maintenance or facility management are a plus.
