Job Summary: Perry Family Restaurant is looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused servers to provide excellent dining experiences for our guests. Servers are responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean dining area, and ensuring every guest receives prompt and courteous service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Enter orders into the POS system
- Deliver food and drinks promptly
- Check on guests throughout their meal and address any concerns
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and workstations
- Refill beverages, condiments, and supplies as needed
- Assist with opening and closing side work duties
- Work as part of a team to provide outstanding customer service
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
