About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support the Controller with day-to-day accounting operations — from payroll and invoicing to reconciliations and financial organization. You’ll also play a key part in keeping our internal operations running smoothly and ensuring timely, professional communication with our clients and teams.

What You’ll Do
- Assist the Controller with general bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
- Process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Prepare and send client invoices, track payments, and assist with collections
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain and organize financial records and supporting documentation
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, document management, and internal reporting
- Support team members with expense tracking and reimbursements
- Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate project billing and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Solid understanding of payroll processing and accounts receivable/payable
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
