What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily on-site operations from ground-up through final punch-list.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Maintain detailed and consistent communication with Project Managers and Design Professionals.
- Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and ensure the build stays true to the design vision.
- Conduct daily quality control walks and enforce jobsite safety protocols.
- Keep the site clean, organized, and ready for client or architect walkthroughs at any time.
What You Bring:
- 5 years of Superintendent experience in high-end residential construction.
- Expertise in reading and interpreting architectural and structural plans.
- Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management tools.
- Professional communication skills and a calm, confident leadership style.
- Pride in keeping jobsites on schedule, on budget, and to spec.
- A deep respect for craftsmanship, planning, and collaboration.
