Perron Chiropractic is seeking a warm, organized, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Concierge / Patient Experience Coordinator.
This is not a typical reception job. The front desk is the center of the patient experience in our office. The right person creates a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident they are in the right place.
Healthcare experience is not required. We can train the tasks. What matters most is personality, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help people.
This position is especially well suited for individuals coming from restaurants, hospitality, or customer service who want consistent weekday hours and a more professional environment while still working with people.

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and create a positive first impression when they arrive
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Answer phones and assist patients with questions
- Guide patients through check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain organized patient records and office systems
- Communicate with doctors and staff to keep the schedule running smoothly
- Maintain a calm, professional, and welcoming front office environment
