Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists to support outbound and inbound sales efforts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data in HubSpot
- Prepare the sales lead for meetings by organizing notes, research, agendas, and background information
- Document meeting notes, outcomes, next steps, and follow-ups
- Create and assemble sales proposals and supporting materials
- Send timely and professional follow-up communications to prospects
- Implement and manage basic HubSpot automations as needed
- Run sales and pipeline reports to support forecasting and decision-making
- Run basic SEO and AI visibility reports for prospects
- Shadow sales calls and meetings to gain deeper understanding of our sales process
- Provide general sales administration and coordination support as needed
- Directly supporting the President, who currently handles all new business development
- Helping improve consistency, organization, and follow-through across the sales process
- Gaining exposure to sales strategy, pricing conversations, and client decision-making
- Learning how a modern digital marketing agency sells and delivers services
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, communications, or related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in HubSpot or similar CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without constant oversight
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership
- Salary: $60,000 base
- Commission and/or bonus potential tied to sales performance
