Qualifications :
- Proven experience operating paver / finishing machines with high density screeds.
- Knowledge of machine setup, adjustments, and optimization for paving operations.
- Familiarity with daily machine cleaning and maintenance procedures.
- Experience training and supervising screed operators and ground personnel.
- Strong communication skills with supervisors and concrete plant.
