As a Commercial Interoffice Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and documentation using HousePro software. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, resolve challenges, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage commercial construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgets, and compliance with safety standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular visits to assess workmanship, enforce safety compliance, and address project-related concerns.
- Issue Resolution: Develop and implement strategies to tackle construction-related challenges and keep projects on schedule.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of project-related activities, including RFIs, change orders, reports, and daily logs using HousePro.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects meet all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Foster a professional working environment that promotes teamwork, efficiency, and quality.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Software Knowledge: Experience using HousePro or similar project management software.
- Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret construction drawings, schematics, and contract documents.
- Bilingual Ability: Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
Compensation:
Hourly pay is $30 - $45 per hour, based on experience.
