Position: Restaurant Manager / GM Candidate
Location: Conroe, TX
Pay: Manager / Strong $45,000–$50,000 DOE - GM Candidate: $55,000–$60,000 DOE
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager or General Manager candidate for a high-volume restaurant environment.
We are looking for someone who is strong in Front of House operations, comfortable supporting kitchen operations, and capable of developing into a General Manager role.
Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations
- Lead front of house staff and assist kitchen operations
- Maintain service quality and operational standards
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and employee management
- Support payroll, reporting, and operational procedures
- Help maintain efficiency during high-volume service periods
- Assist with customer service and issue resolution
Requirements
- Restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong FOH experience required
- Kitchen operational knowledge preferred
- Leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
