What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fort Worth Electrical Positions position at Perpetual Labor Sourcing LLC?
We are currently seeking Experienced Commercial Electricians for full-time positions in various locations. Most opportunities are local, but some roles will require travel and include a daily per diem. Positions involve new commercial construction-no residential work.
- Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience and licensing)
- Location: Fort Worth, TX

Primary Job Duties:
- Install conduit (EMT, RMC, PVC) according to code and project specs
- Pull, splice, and terminate electrical wiring systems
- Install electrical panels, transformers, lighting, and switchgear
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Coordinate with other trades and site supervisors to maintain schedule
- Test circuits and systems using appropriate tools and meters
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and OSHA safety standards
- All other duties as needed
Job Requirements:
- Must have at least 4 years of verifiable experience in commercial electrical new construction
- Must have an up-to-date Apprentice or Journeyman electrical license based on state regulations
- Apprentice electricians must have a basic understanding of blueprints
- Must be able to read and interpret construction blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Must have all required hand tools and basic personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to commute or travel as needed
- Must be able to work overtime or extended hours if required by the project
- Must be able to work safely, professionally, and with minimal supervision
